Securitization of receivables

  • Real estate performed receivables: AGILISA prepares and performs the cession of real estate credits from different sources, originated from finished residential and commercial properties' purchase and sale contracts that, under our orientation, qualify for the cession of credits. The analysis of each credit is done with the highest agility and flexibility.
  • Real estate non-performed receivables: This new modality of resources awarded in advance is the result of the securitization of unfinished residential and commercial real estate receivables that, thanks to a complete structuring of the operation in which the risks are mitigated during the construction stage, give the entrepreneur that originated the project access to adequate financial resources during the construction phase, which are enough to complete the unfinished project.
  • Real estate receivables from land allotments: With the structuring of a product intended to become a land allotment, AGILISA aims to support its customers within the specific characteristics of the business, allowing the anticipation of resources originated from the sale of the land lots.
